Patrick and I had a nice walk along Newnan’s LINC path yesterday and around downtown Newnan. I had my follow up with Dr. Durden today, and I no longer have to go weekly! Yay healing! I can FINALLY take a full shower, and I no longer have to get fills into the tissue expanders

Next week I will see the medical oncologist for the first time ever in this whole process (which is crazy to me), and I will also have a CT scan of my abdomen to make sure I am a good candidate for the DIEP flap reconstruction.
